Next day, I went to the Columbia store to get a full refund.

The amount she payed for this recent purchase matches the amount I originally paid for the coat. She figures she gonna get the coat anyway without telling me. That's flat out stealing.

I called Amazon customer services and still we investigate and have this issue resolved in 24 hours and ultimately block the purchase. In the meantime, I have to cancel my card and get it replaced.
