Yes it was, Durant in OT would have been nice but nothing to complain about.

I wish the buzzer went as Curry's shot was mid air

Would've stayed in if he didn't bump Curry like an idiot

Would have made the actual finish more epic, but the fact Curry pulled up from 35 when he could of gotten closer and still got a good shot off kind of adds to the aura Curry has right now.

No I liked he pulled up from there, I just hoped the clock was a second faster

But if the clock was a second faster he would of HAD to of pulled up from there to get it off in time. With that extra second it just meant Curry was showing off

I know I wasn't meaning to recreate a perfect recording of reality

Curry could have gotten the ball half a second later, they still wouldn't have predicted he'd pull up from 32ft

Just thought it would have been cool

Oh yeah for sure, I love a good buzzer beater as much as the next guy

Last year the top 3 games were easy, Spurs lost them all, lol.

This year? I remember there was one not too long ago which got that talk, and I feel it was better than this.. which one was that again?

Celtics took the Warriors to double-OT. Juuuuuuust sayin' :lol

Seriously, once that game went to 42-41 OKC...one of the best games of the year.

1. Thunder/Warriors best game because of the ending.

2. Celtics/Warriors because of what was at stake at the time and the C's giving the Warriors hell for 2 OTs.

Curry 44 vs Lowry 41 back in December is up there too.

I feel like there was a comparable game, yet this game wiped it from my memory. Plus if you put the record stuff, this does become the best of the season.

Celtics/Warriors doesnt come close to top 2, tbh...

Even in that game Celtics looked inept as hell offensively at times..

It's awesome that they're playing again on Thursday, hopefully OkC plays with a serious chip on its shoulder after getting embarassed by Curry breaking every single record on them

Easily the best game I've watched this year. For my Detroit bias, I really enjoyed the Bulls-Pistons quadruple overtime game, too, but mostly because four overtimes was such a rarity. The game itself was mostly devoid of last-second theatrics (just a lot of missed shots at the buzzer). But quad OT would still probably make my top five this year, maybe top three.

I don't think so. I think this was the game to do that, with the Warriors beating them earlier and playing them as the last of a 6 away game schedule. I suspect Warriors to win by 15+ next week especially if they don't fall behind in the first Q as they did in this one.

People all over ESPN radio were calling in this morning, talking about it being the best regular season game they have ever watched. Sadly..... I was out last night and missed it.

All the talk leading up to this game was about how KD and co. We're going to pull out all stops to get a W at home, that warriors playing back to backs, being on the road yadda yadda Well, OKC did pull out the stops, but to lose the way did and how it came down. At one point, the ABC commentator actually said that OKC, going into overtime, needs to now win the game twice ( assuming OKC was going to pull it out ) It turned out OKC lost the game twice!

So yea, this was the best game of the season.
I'm sure not for the OKC fans, especially those that were at the game itself.

In 10 years this might be the only regular season game you can vividly remember.

Somebody in 2026 can show you a gif of the last shot and you'll remember watching it and you'll know exactly what game it is from and what happened in that game.

The same won't be able to be said about any other play or game (unless you were at some other game in person and remember being there) in the regular season.

I swear, everytime I watch a Warriors game at a bar something epic happens. Last season I went to one when Klay dropped 37 points in 1 quarter, this Thursday I went and saw Curry drop 51 on Orlando, decided to go again last night and saw probably the game of the year.:oldlol:

They play again this Thursday too on TNT, Amazing. I wonder how the Thunder are going to respond. That was tough loss.

However, that is probably the best regular season game I've seen. If not top 3. Felt like a playoff game.

By far the best game this season.

Last season was probably cavs vs spurs where kyrie went off
