No thanks to globalism. Under globalism, nations will continue to lose power in being able to effectively govern their own sovereignty and this power will slowly shift to a small group (or in this case, large group) of central planners, many of them who will not even be elected by the people they are supposed to represent (often with less transparency). The potential for corruption caused by such a concentration of power will be the largest this world will ever see. When is it ever a good idea to transfer power away from the local population, or a nation, to a bunch of central planners? Central planners have as many faults of their own (they are human, after all) and are often guided by ideologies that may never intend to benefit the people they are supposed to represent. It will most certainly be a loss of individual freedom to many and it will hurt more countries than it helps.

Important question because it depends on how OP defines the 2. I know the difference but I need to hear from the horse's mouth (as the saying goes)

Exactly. Nations need to be run by leaders who share a bond of common feeling and experience with their people--they must share similar interests if they're not to abuse their power to the detriment of the people they govern. We are seeing the consequences of that same lack of shared interest and accountability right now. Any vestige of democratic governance is incompatible with globalism, because it can only lead to the rule of unaccountable elites who don't give a shit about the people they supposedly govern over.

You can't have an honest discussion about this as anyone who is a "nationalist" will be label as a nazi..

A nationalist isn't the same thing as a racial-nationalist.
