He already came back this morning and said people misunderstood what he meant. People were comparing Kyrie and Currys style to Raufs back in 2013. Phil is a bit Salty though.

Phil gets UNDERRATED because Jordan get more credit than he deserves.
Most of the posters here never saw Phil coach one game in the 90's, let alone know who he developed, the hardships of the team, what actually happened in the playoffs, etc, etc.
Phil is one of the best coaches ever.
No coach wins in the NBA without stars. Phil just happened to have the most promoted one in NBA history. Phil actually transformed Jordan from this Iverson like selfish beast into a winner. Same with Kobe and Shaq.
Phil know how to get teams with stars to win titles. If you want to discredit Phil, discredit Auerbach, Riley, Popovich.... Pop lucked into one of the top 5-10 players ever that has played 20 years at a high level. Come on now.
Name the mediocre players he magically turned into these stars? Presti and Buford scouted these extremely talented players like Parker and Manu.

Because Pop can not effectively coach as many different personalities as PJ could.
Kerr learned from both PJ and Pop, that's why he's such a great coach.
