Going back to when he was in San Diego State, He shot sub 30% in both of his years from 3 and his FT% was in the 70s

Now fast forward 5 years

This man is shooting almost 50% from 3:biggums: he is almost in the 50/40/90 club while having the offense of his team being centered around him. Have there ever been a player that improved that much from college to NBA in terms of shooting the ball? There is Jason Kidd but even his shot wasn't anywhere as efficient.

so much for "he has huge hands" as an excuse for bigman's poor free throw shooting

He's an extremely hard worker and works with one of the best shooting coaches ever.

There was stories of Kawhi taking lamps and shit to courts to get some light at 4am

The spurs have a "shot doctor" which also helped fix Tony Parker's shot. Chip Engelland is the name

I was 2.5 hours off

I had our AD call me up a couple weeks ago when I was gone. He said, ‘Coach, we’ve got an issue with Kawhi in the arena. Event management called and the lights are not on, and Kawhi’s in the arena for two straight days at 6:30 in the morning. And he brought two lamps from home, and he put them up in the arena and shot.’ And that is a true story.

Might as well add him in the club from how well his 3 point shot is.

he has spot on bone structure and godly proportions, arms and legs are perfectly straight and his body is symmetrical as ****. He was always going to be a deadly shooter if he put the work in.

That was always a poor excuse.

He's become one of the best shooters and all around scorers in the game imo. 4/5 from three last night
