There's been a lot of talk lately about comparing different eras and how the game has changed. One guy who I think would be great in this era is Earl Monroe. In a time where ball handling rules were far stricter this guy had sick handles. He could also attack the basket with an array of moves. At 6'3" he also had good size and also had a smooth jumper. I don't think this guy would have any problem in today's league, his ball handling would probably be even better in today's era.

Pete Maravich would put up Curry like numbers in today's pace and space league.

no he wouldn't, he'd be on the bench in New York next to Jimmer.
Maravich's hayday was 40 years ago, the league was smaller, slower, way more coked up and everyone though Dr. J was the GOAT.
Let the dinosaurs die.

And yet we have a 6-3 Ricky Rubio STARTING in TODAY's NBA.
Pistol Pete would absolutely mop the floor with Rubio in EVERY facet of the game. It would be a complete farce.
