From being the most liked to most disliked?
Will fans turn on Durant like they did LeBron?

No, because although KD is generally a nice guy, he embraces criticisms and so does Dray, Klay, AMC.

During LeBeta's Heat years, LBJ tried to avoid criticism and make constant excuses like he's doing now by saying stupid stuff like "People who hate me are going to wake up next morning with their same problems in life.", etc. Not to mention, he mocked Dirk in 2011 Finals in front of the cameras with that stupid coughs while getting demolished in 4th qrts.

They won't be the most hated. But the hottest topic. Two different things.

If KD wants to maximize his legacy, he should go to Miami. His addition would instantly vaults them over the Cavs as the EC favorites, and they would have an even shot against anyone in the West. But, more fundamentally, the Heat immediately becomes his team. Wade will pass the torch on day one.

In OKC, he will always have to deal with the Westbrook factor. Some analysts actually even claim that Russ is the better player now. (No. Just no.) And GSW is Curry's team and will be for a long time. (And as far as him making a homecoming, the Wizards simply aren't good enough).
