My go to

A ciabatta bread bought in the am from a local baker, always fresh. I gently cut it, and fill this wonderful swiss cheese like slice of bread with. Thereafter I put a piece of lettuce over the butter and on that lettuce I put two small slices of tomato.

After I, take 3 slices of brie and 3 slices of salami and push them in to the now wonderful creation I call, The G oh D or as normal people call it a brie and salami sandwich.

A bonus when I have too much time, I heat the oven and stick it in the for a minute to let the cheese melt.

Ciabatta bread
Butter
Lettuce
Tomato
Brie
Salami
(An oven)

Thick cut bacon and sliced roast beef heated through in the pan drippings on good fresh onion rolls split and toasted in butter with a nice crumbly blue cheese smeared on the roll instead of mayo. Just came together one winter night....now I do it now and then with different blue cheeses and sometimes turkey instead of roast beef. Ive been known to throw on a tomato if I have it....but I rarely do.
