Only way Bones loses at LHW is if he fights Rumble. DC doesnt have the style to beat him already got outwresled and DC needs to win clinch battle to beat Bones and Bones is a better infighter/clinch fighter

i thought Jones dominated and controlled that first fight..though imma a bit biased.

Jones completely dominated. No doubt he wins this one. Too good for Cormier.

i love DC and i'd love to see him beat jones, but i just don't see how he does it.

he gives away so many things to the dude, like age, cardio, height / reach and athleticism. daniel's biggest strength is his wrestling, and jones pretty much neutralises him there. it's true that his striking and power punches are probably better, but that's where his reach betrays him-- he has to wade through jones' distance attacks in order to hit the dude, and we saw how that worked out last time.

jones can beat you in so many ways that you have to have the right tools and natural qualities to exploit his weaknesses. gustafsson (and maybe johnson) have that, but i don't think DC does, unfortunately. flukey things can always happen of course, and maybe they can get in to a wild scramble with daniel landing on top. but that's not something you can really count on IMO.

i predict jones takes back the belt, and then hopefully he fights johnson and then gus again before moving up.

Jones literally has no holes in his game. And has mad reach advantage. Hes beaten so many dudes in so many ways his stand up beats cormiers and the wrestling is just as good. His 5 round experience is better then cormier. The only reason he struggled against gus is he wasnt used to somebody matching him in reach and gus kept running from the takedowns.

Hes a very smart fighter and will have a perfect plan
