They're going to need to be the 3 seed for that to happen. Either way, Cleveland and Toronto are going to be tough outs for anybody

I know it's highly unlikely, but the Heat knocking out the Cavs in the playoffs would be pretty great

As much as the Heat can get fcked....this would be so hilarious

Would kinda save Bron 2/7 though

losing to the Heat in the ECSF or ECF would be FAAAR more devastating to lebron's legacy than going 2/7

Yeh would be, especially so soon.

They have beat Knicks, suns and Philly twice.. if they were 3/1 if they hadn't gone 4/0 it'd be unexpected.

Not sure if the old Heat can make it past the 2nd round. Scott Skiles and Tom Thibedeau played Deng 40+ minutes a night for a str8 decade plus Wade is super old. Joe Johnson is a dinosaur. They just won't last long..my bad Christina Bosh is the dinosaur

They played the 25-36 Knicks, the 30-29 but struggling Bulls, the 15-46 Suns, and the 8-54 Sixers (twice). That's nothing to write home about.

Oh year I forgot the butlerless bulls who are much worse off then their record would let on.

Butler less?? You mean rose less Gibson less euro MVP mirotic less and butler less. Ever hear of Defensive Player of the Year Joakim Noah? Yeah the Noah less bulls too...and the Dunleavy less Bulls too.

Chicago's win over Houston was the 1st time this season that the Bulls starting line up played together:

PG: Derrick Rose
SG: Jimmy Butler
SF: Mike Dunleavy
PF: Taj Gibson
C: Pau Gasol

And of course they won

And they've hardly convinced playing those scrub teams.

Hmmm ok, so Miami beating teams they should be beating is a bad thing all of a sudden?

Not to mention aside from this last 76ers game they've won all of those by blowouts.

Joe Johnson is fitting in nicely, I wish Bosh was playing instead of Amare, but all you can do is pray for his health improvement.

Knicks by 17, Suns by 16, Bulls by 18, Sixers by 10

......

:facepalm

Also good to mention, Miami was dead last in the East in scoring, and they haven't scored below 102 points in their last 5 games.

13-6 finish gets the Heat to 50 wins. And likely the 3rd seed.

Can't wait to see Whiteside in the playoffs.

Only took the Heat one year to recover, and become extremely competitive. What a time!

Realistically at San Antonio, Toronto, and vs Cleveland are very lose able games.

At Boston at Portland and at Detroit could be losses too.

I think 13-6 and 50-32 on the year is highly realistic at this point.

Give credit , where credit is do :

Coach Spe has done a great job keeping this team afloat until the next big name comes to town to take over the reins from D-wade.

I'd like to see them get to the east finals , that would be a heII of an accomplishment. :applause: :pimp: :applause:

JJ's transition was a lot smoother than I was expecting. He's fit right in basically. And he's logging quite a lot of minutes, too. Heat are impressing me without Bosh.

Is Bosh confirmed to be done for the year?

Not confirmed, but he's being treated for the same condition he experienced last year, and it took 5 months for him just to be cleared for basketball activities.

You can't play a professional competitive sport when you're on blood thinners. He's out.
