I was heading over to meetup with a friend to go play ball/workout, was turning onto a neighborhood street. A mexican kid and two other guys rear-ended me, left side bumper came loose and the right side came a little loose too. Their front left headlight and hood cracked/came loose. Thankfully no one got hurt. I got their info but didn't call the cops cuz it wasn't too bad, just worried their insurance won't cover my deductible without a police report. Moral of the story: Going home will cause SOMETHING to happen :facepalm

ummm u dont have a deductible if its their fault. only time u pay a deductible is if its your fault.

unless you subrogate thru your own insurance which usually isnt necessary if they have decent insurance.

police usually dont give police reports for car accidents these days. lazy fukks always pretend they got more important shit to do when they're sitting at medians yapping to each other 3/4's of the time :facepalm

i would have thought u all discussed who was at fault after it happened. when ure rear ended its almost always the back guys fault btw, at least thats how the court will see it.

but yeah using ures even if u got to pay deductible is the ez way to do it then get reimbursed.

Yeah, he said it was his bad I just made sure everyone was okay. Yeah, i'm just waiting on the other guy's insurance to look into it for me cuz I don't wanna pay $500 to get it fixed if I don't have to.

My favorite part is the implied racism.

Most racists do operate on flawed logic.

Latinos can't drive for shit; c'mon brah, anyone who's been on the I-95 around Miami knows this. The amount of latinas you see texting and driving is just :facepalm

And this anecdotal claim is supported by the data:

Reporting statistical facts is not racism. It doesn't help how ludicrously easy it is to get a licence here either. The standards are just so, so low.

The standards are just so, so low.It was a silly accident, I had my light on and everything and it was in a residential area. It felt like they were driving 40 or some shit. Next time i'm taking the main road, fk residential areas. Not saying all latino drivers are bad like asian ones, but this didn't help my perception of them :coleman:
