I've had two cups of coffee this morning already as well as a NOS Energy drink.

Couldn't sleep last night. Dogs kept barking and jumping on the bed scaring the shit out of me. At one point, one of my dogs must have been dreaming cause she thought I was an intruder and started attacking me in her sleep. I had to hide in the bathroom for a few minutes until she calmed down again.

So needless to say, I'm trying to stay awake.

I drink about 4 of the 16oz green Monsters a day, and every time I give blood (last Thursday actually) I'm told that my BP is fantastic and my heart rate is similar to a marathon runner.

109/69, right around 60ish bpm.

So, you're good. Go get you a Stacker and take that instead. Shit will get you wired.

You'll crash and feel like complete dog shit.

Caffeine is underrated as a drug, it's effects on our mood are much bigger than most people are aware of. It is capable of causing a very good amount of anxiety as well.

Bullshit I don't believe you. I can stomach one or two NOS drinks a day.

I used to work for a guy that drank those all day and he could not sit down. Last I heard he went crazy and moved from Florida to New Jersey to be close to his ex-girlfriend before she put a restraining order on him. I blame those drinks.

4 pack is $7.99 at the Speedway by my place. You should see my credit card bill. Between the monsters and my pack of black and milds, I easily run up a few hundred dollars a month.

But I also don't spend my money on much else.

I almost entertained the thought of purchasing Black and Mild's the other day.

They are so cheap.

How much do you weigh by the way?

I've seen a lot of skinny guys that can drink all those drinks and don't gain an ounce.

Weight is not the biggest issue with those.

I smoke the wine flavored wood tips. Most of the time, I mix in mary and sit on my balcony to smoke. Overlooks a big pond so during the summer its nice.

6'0, about 180. I'm one of those guys. Looking at my credit card transactions, I've spent $178 at gas stations since Feb 29th. $32 was for gas the other day, so about $140 in 10 days... or $14 per day...

Or, one four pack of monsters and a pack of black and milds per day.

:applause: Two cups of gunpowder green with some honey is my jam.

The only other caffeine for me is some Coke mixed with my Jack Daniels on the weekend.

I agree with this. As I do not drink soda, I usually have 1 or 2 red bulls a day. I can usually go a few days without one, but if I go too long I get irritable and headache.

But I never really felt effects of too much caffeine. When I used to work early mornings I had a 32oz monster one morning, drank it all within a hour or so and didnt really feel any different

That's how I am.

I can drink Monsters all day and dont feel anything. When I dont drink one for a day or so, I will get a headache.

Bottled "green tea" beverages are not green tea at all, they contain some concentrated green tea extract (>1%). The solutions for green tea on the go is bringing a thermos with you. The other thing i can think of is bringing some sachets with you and buying hot water in a cup or something. Gas stations here usually offer freshly brewed coffee/tea of your choice. Have no clue, how is in the U.S.

My problem is I cant find any good, quick green tea

Like at work they have green tea bags, and I sometimes brew some green tea which is perfect, but if I am out and stop at a gas station, all those green teas that are bottled are horrible.
Those bottled green teas are pure funk; corn-syrup'd shite. This is who I use. (http://www.atlanticspice.com/Teas--Tea-Bags_c_33.html) Loooooove these people.

100 bags of gunpowder green for $6.10 plus shipping. I keep one at work and one at home. They sell a metric ton of loose leaf stuff too. I use my Keurig to make the hot water and toss the tea bag in the cup before it starts filling up.
