Despite the joker having all those retarted tatoos and shit, I honestly think sucide squad will be better. It seems like it has many characters that each have their own unique traits, unlike Batman V superman where it feels like they're just shoving in as many random characters as they can for fan service (doomsday/wonderwomen)

And because of Zak Snyder. I think he cares more about flashy cool shots than character development and plot.

Suicide Squad definitely has more potential. Going by the trailers alone.

I will wait for the early reviews before I decide to watch either one of them. I no longer go on opening day and wait until Sunday to go if it has decent reviews. If not, I just wait a month to stream a halfway decent quality of it.

for 300? sure.
For Watchmen and Man of Steel? Wouldn't agree in a million years.

Watchman was already one of the best graphic novels of all time and he stayed extremely true to the comic, so obviously that wouldnt be too hard. Man of Steel was his own story, and that wasn't even well received by fans or critics because of his misunderstanding of what made the characters great.

Prefer the characters in Suicide Squad. Just wish it was a bit darker and more bloody.

i think the tone is perfect for a comic book movie. dark and gritty, but also very colorful and sometimes funny

Anyone think Suicide Squad has too many characters? How do you even develop character of each member? :confusedshrug:

Atleast the idea of Suicide Squad is that all of these characters each have their own personality and something interesting about them. Batman v Superman is shoving characters like doomsday and wonder women in for fan service.

How about waiting to watch the movie before making such statements.

Suicide Squad will be the better movie but Batman vs Superman will be a more fun time with an opening night crowd

crowd will be lit during the bat/supes fight scenes but will go completely silent when ninja turtle shows up :oldlol:

the dialog in the sucuide squad trailer is sketchy as phuck fam that has me worried

They manage okay in X-Men movies, I'm sure not every character will be heavily featured. Also expect a couple characters to not survive through the entire movie. Obviously they aren't killing off Deadshot, Harley Quinn or Slade Wilson (at least not permanently), but the lesser knowns are probably expendable. When your movie is called Suicide Squad, somebody has to die.

He's not in this movie but maybe the sequel.

That's pretty much the only thing im worried about. The only dialogue I've liked from it so far is "I can't wait to show you my toys"

Scott Eastwood is Slade Wilson, even though they haven't come out and said it yet.

People are also speculating that he could be Dick Grayson

There's a shot in the trailer where slipknot isnt even with the group. Its probably the most predictable death ever in a movie.

Suicide Squad...I've never understood the interest in Superman ever...the most boring superhero ever by a huge margin...Batman is alright, but I'm not an esepcailly huge fan. Suicide Squad just looks much more interesting.

I think both of these movies look bad tbh

BvS looks epically shitty though.

If they were going to go that route, wouldn't Jason Todd make more sense? Batman already has the Robin shrine in the Batcave in BvS trailers.

Jason Todd is the one who got killed by the joker.

Have you not seen "Under the Red Hood"?

Either way Eastwood seems too manly to play either Dick Grayson or Jason Todd. Much better suited to Slade Wilson.

I have, it's my favorite animated film, but bruce still keeps the murdered Jason Todd suit in the cave. And why would jason go from being the red hood to a undercover military member?
