I agree the customer was being an asshole. That said, Ramsay is consistently an asshole.

That happened to me one time where I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and it was until almost the end that I noticed that it didnt have any bacon. Needless to my say, my friend told me to tell the waitress that her order was wrong and they brought me another Bacon cheeseburger. I felt so ashamed as I ate both burgers. And they were so good.
