Trust me, you don't want to see every other premier player's stats against Artest 2009 and before. (Bran is laughable)

But if y'all want the heat, i'll give you the heat.

Bold is against Artest. Look how he dwindles from his regular performance.

LMAO.

Smaller sample size with LeBron

Besides, if Kobe was so good against Artest, why did he find the need to shamelessly collude with him in 2009?

Seems like Kobe understands the mantra "Keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer"

:facepalm

Probably he couldn't use the stiff arm.

Well Lebron went 9-1 against the Lakers after Ron Artest arrived there, so me-thinks most of Lebron's games listed here occurred well before his prime.

Link?

I said 2009 and before...you know...when none of the guys involved in the conversation were on their last legs. (While Bran was in his absolute prime)

he knew he wouldn't get a ring on any other team so he decided to join Kobe.

2009 and before was Lebron's absolute prime?

You take away 4 of Lebrons 5 best years and keep all of Kobe's.

Not that you should add them. Artest was old.

You just shouldn't have made the thread in the first place.

Kobe himself said Tony Allen was the best defender he ever faced.

Kobe got his points (25.7ppg) against TA but was held to .421 fg% which is well below his career average. Most importantly, their teams about split win loss record.

.421 is not well below his average

.421 is not well below his average

Kobe's career average is currently .448 according to BBall reference, I think it is a pretty significant difference.

I always thought Artest gave him the hard time whenever he guarded him. I dunno if this stat reflected when Artest guarded him directly because I know Kobe torched Battier when Artest was with the Rockets.
