Ive been watching Heat games recently and I cant tell if they are any good or if the competition is bad.

In short, they're beating all the bad teams and losing to all the good ones (Warriors, Celtics, Spurs, and Bucks for whatever reason). I'd say they're beating who they're supposed to beat, but overall are a middle of the pack team

i dont usually criticize Spo but wednesday he shouldve left Richardson in to finish the fourth quarter against the Bucks. he was hot from the 3- point line in that game too

Yea this is what happened last year between Chicago and Cleveland. Yea, Atlanta had the best record but no one thought they were the best the East had to offer like CHI/CLE.
