It's ok for racists to say black players are better than whites but why is it not allowed to accept that whites are better coaches due to superior intelligence?

While Blacks are superior athletes, I don't think anything suggests that Whites are superior mentally, they're just given better opportunities to learn and grow from the start and thus have better minds when the time comes
