What moves will you make to better mold the team around James Harden, I get on him a lot, but he's their star and they need to fit the team around him, Dwight is obviously not the right fit, so what moves would you make assuming he walks?

For me, it starts with getting the right coach, then stretch big men.

Dwight isnt a right fit? Maybe for his price, but there not going to find a better center than Dwight.

Sign Durant. Trade for Westbrook and Ibaka.

In terms of fit next to Harden, he's not the right center, in a vacuum, you can say they won't find one better, but the way they play, they play too quick to allow Howard to post-up and get shots, they are more perimeter orientated.

Hire Thibs and a legit offensive coordinator. Hold Harden's bum ass accountable NIGHTLY. If he's not defending hard, bench his ass. If he's pounding the air out of the ball, bench his ass. Force him to play hard, lead, and develop an all-around offensive game. Needs to learn how to play off ball especially.

Trade everyone except Ariza and the young guys like Capela, Harrell, Dekker, etc. Guys like Dwight, Smith, TJones, Brewer, Terry, Beasley, etc should not be on the team next year. They're all dumbasses (Beasley, Smith), finished or not good enough (Terry), not worth the headache (Dwight), or some combination of all of it.

Sign/trade for high IQ two-way players. If a guy is not at least an average defender or has any history of NBA retardation, stay the f*ck away.
