At least one more FMVP. Maybe 1.5.

So Kobe really has 3.5 FMVP awards.

True or false?

And being top 5 in MVP voting 12 times, I think, should equal at least 2-3 more MVP awards. So Kobe has 4 regular season MVP awards.

True or false?

Kobe won a ring averaging 15ppg in the Finals

Stop it... Justin

You're lucky we even count his '09, '10 rings since Gasol was better than him anyway

Being the GOAT second option on a title team in the finals 3 times

1) Kobe wasn't anywhere near GOAT second option level in his 1st title.
2) Magic was in general a greater 2nd option than Kobe.
3) Havlicek/Sam Jones and Pippen, though not equally great second options, were still great second options for more title runs.

well, that settles it then. Kobe made the top 10.

Not saying this is the case with you, but people can confuse second option with second best player. Sam Jones was the second best player on some of those Celtics teams after Russell, but he was the first option offensively. Same goes with the Magic/Kareem dynamic, Kareem was the first scoring option on offense, but you could argue Magic was the better player on all of their title teams post 1980, altough '82 & '85 are very close

The fact you had to resort to making this thread to give Kobe an imaginary extra 3 MVP's & 2 FMVP's shows how far he truly is from being top 2
