Lebron has always been a fan of Kyrie's and in awe of his moves. This is nothing new.

Since Jan. 29th (20 games):

Kyrie Irving
33.8 minutes
23.7 points on 51.1/36.6/87.9 splits
5.3 assists
2.5 rebounds
1.1 steals
2.2 turnovers
60.9 TS%
56.5 eFG%
122 ORtg

It seems like his game is clicking at the perfect time. He is also statistically the best midrange shooter in the NBA this season. That little pull-up from 12-16 feet is damn near automatic.

Eh. Reality is the Cavs play pretty boring basketball.

For all the talk about Bron and Wade being a bad fit, they sure didn't make it seem so. Bron needs a running mate, someone to get up and down the court with him, and someone who plays the passing lanes. Why they got rid of Wiggins will always be a mystery to me, but it is what it is.

TT in place of Love, and Wiggins in place of JR while he moves to the bench looks like a far better team.

Kyrie
Wiggins
Bron
TT
Mozgov

or

Delly
Kyrie
Wiggins
Bron
TT if you want to go small.

I know the topic has been done to death, but chemistry and being the right fit is the biggest problem for Cleveland IMO. Channing Frye funnily enough seems like a good pick up. A really budget/downgrade version of Ryan Anderson.

Probably close to surpassing LeBron as a scorer by this point. Certainly he will next year

Bolded line up has terrible spacing, it wouldn't work.

Kyrie should spam drives to the basket like prime tony Parker used to do. His creativity at getting to the hoop will give teams fits and now with the barrage of threes from the other players it would make for a scary offense especially if lebron starts spamming drives too

I feel like as they continue to get accustomed to playing with one another, LBJ will recognize that fact and the offense will begin to concentrate on getting Kyrie the ball in the areas of the court where he is most efficient.

When LBJ inevitably makes his transition to PF, the perimeter will start to become a little less crowded and LeBron can facilitate from the low post and the elbow. It could really open things up for Irving.

It'll also be interesting to see what happens with Delly this offseason. He's going to be looking for a new contract and may get paid a hefty dollar amount. It feels like he's a pretty damn important piece going forward and is a really nice compliment to Kyrie (they play together quite a bit in some rotations).

The Cavs have decisions to make. Kyrie should be completely untouchable, imo. He's 23 and he's shown that he can work well alongside LeBron. You don't trade one of the best 24-and-under players in the league.

I don't want to move Love, but it would at least make some theoretical sense, because I think LBJ will spend the majority of his 30s as a PF and they are inevitably going to be fighting over a lot of the same areas of the floor.

I guess that is a conversation for the end of the season, depending on the outcome obviously.

No worse than when the Heat ran Chalmers, Wade, Bron, Bosh and Birdman.

Bosh could shoot, Lebron in Miami could shoot. Thompson/Mozgov can't shoot. Lebron is really not a good shooter right now.

Lebron was a good shooter as of last season. His shooting problems are overblown this season IMO.

My point is, it is a line up you can use at times to bully other teams. And who know, maybe the development of Wiggins is different in Cleveland and he becomes a better shooter. Either way, I think it would fit better. Wiggins and Bron running the fast break would be as good if not better than Wade and Bron.
