And you think Drumpf will do anything about corruption in DC? :lol
Dude hasn't even gotten his party's nomination and he's already talking up Carl Icahn as a prominent member of his administion. Mentions him being the negotiator with countries like China and Japan. Study up on their relationship. Little Orphan Annie could only dream of having a sugar daddy like the one Drumpf has in Daddy WarCahn.

Nah. The dude who did business with the likes of Fat Tony Salerno and Little Niicky Scarfo is going to weed out corruption in business and politics. :yaohappy:

OP doesn't think through before making his threads. I still remember the thread where Jameer proved him wrong by pointing out something in the article he linked but he himself had not read thoroughly.
Half-baked ideas. Op, don't ever become a baker.

Hmm I don't remember you having a problem with Obama appointing billionares, corporate CEOs, and venture capitalists to prominent positions in trade, finance and communications in his administration.

How many times did those guys personally bail out a business owned by Obama from bankruptcy? Icahn owns 2 casinos formally owned by Trump. The latest one was finalized just last month.
And now his name is being pushed by the Donald for treasury secretary and being the go to guy in dealings with international interests.
But nobody owns Drumpf doe. :yaohappy:

Icahn literally owns Trump (http://www.bizjournals.com/philadelphia/morning_roundup/2016/02/carl-icahn-owns-trump-taj-mahal-atlantic-city.html). That's not hyperbole. The Donald had to negotiate to keep his name on his own property. Sorry, former property.
And if/when Drumpf gets the Republican nomination and predictably ends the self-funding charade, where do you think the big bucks are coming from?

So you don't want this guy donating money to Trump focused on corporate tax reform?
I'm confused. So you are against tax reform then?
I'm 1000% for corporate tax reforms... Uh, actual reform. Closing loopholes that allow conglomerates to stash trillions in the Cayman Islands and Bermuda, ending corporate welfare benefits for companies that flee the country, etc.
But something tells me that billionaire Carl Icahn has different ideas about what constitutes 'reform'.
Judging by Drumpf's tax plan... It's just trickle down economics on steroids. Looks like the 1%ers decided to cut out the politician middle men and get it done personally this time.
And of course the people who will get hurt by this, the average working man... Just tell them you'll get rid of all the scary Brown people and they'll cheer you.
F*ckin beautiful hustle. My deepest compliments to Carl and his country club buddies.

I laugh when the Hollywood types tell people they care about the environment and what not, like they aren't flying shit around everywhere and buying multiple houses for nothing... See they say one thing and do another, yet they are praised by the leftist Sheeple like they're folklore heroes.
So it's not that I don't believe you, I just think you are dismissing someone because you don't like them. And considering he's already had talks with the soon-to-be Senate minority leader, a Democrat, and Scott Walker, who was all about finance reform from his time as governor, I don't see any reason to believe he's not being truthful.

tbh i'd rather live somewhere i can buy a mansion with a pool for the cost of a townhouse here. it fukkin sux shopping for houses in high real estate markets knowing u can buy something 5 times it for the same price :coleman:
ya'll should be happy to live in low real estate markets unless u already own a home from the 80's~
but yeah government workers are spoiled as fukk...so many holidays off, get snow days like elementary school kids, and way overpaid with benefits if they had a gov job from a long time ago. the liberal bloat needs to be cut out so bad :sleeping

Apparently billionaire corporate head honcho Carl Icahn wants lower corporate taxes (https://youtu.be/ULZbgi5zg6I).
Now I may just be a simple Hollywood type but I find that shocking.
I'm honestly flabbergasted.

I think the point is that WE'RE supposed to be doing something about it, as a public.
Instead of arguing about 'Drumpf'.
Unfortunately the public mindset is "Im voting for whoever (pretends to) agree with me on gay marriage, then they can do whatever they want!!!"

U2's "The Edge" managed to bribe the California Coastal Commission to let him build some houses along delicate Malibu coastline that was supposed to be off limits for any kind of human development.
U2 will probably perform at a Hillary Clinton rally later this year and pop off about conservatives lacking concern for global warming in between performances of two shitty new songs.

To be fair it doesn't matter what the corporate tax rate is when loopholes and corporate welfare exist. You could of raised the rate to 60% and companies like GE, Apple etc would not have paid that much more. Trump has addressed the deferral of taxes on foreign income.
Yup.

U2 are the worst type of liberals. The one that promote big government and helping poorer nations but deliberately move to countries with lower taxes that would be used for such actions.

Private sector liberals will pay a lot to segregate themselves, then call people racist on the internet - but not as much as public sector liberals, apparently.
