Why does EVERY coach walk onto the court after they call a timeout?

Coaches probably do it mostly to talk with their staff, Phil Jackson did it for a few other reasons as well, which will probably surprise you. It's worth 2 minutes listening to and includes a great anecdote about Shaq and his grandmother.
