Lol, Paul has a Championship coach and has had stacked teams year after year and more than enough time to gel. At some point you have to start considering that his style of play isn't conducive to a deep playoff run.

The moment those guys leave the floor, opposing teams go on huge runs and blow the game open.

The only thing holding them together is CP3. He makes these teams look so much better than they actually are. He needs his teammates to support him or else they'll just keep losing every year.
