And 8.5 RPG, 5.5 APG, 3.0 SPG, 53% FG. (12/29 2001 - 12/31/2001)

And this was following a game when he scored only 6 points, which had broken a record of scoring 10 or more points in hundreds of straight games. And he was less than 2 months away from turning 39! This is what the GOAT does. Take it to another level when he feels the need to prove people wrong.

Yep, everyone remembers this MJ. The most inefficient 20ppg scorer in the modern era.

I'm guessing that includes the revenge game, where the media was blasting him saying that he didn't have it anymore, and he scored 51 the next game.

What I remember is not being able to relate to being old. Thinking, Michael Jordan scored 51 points. What's the big deal.

Big f**ing deal. Is his pen!s deep in your throat you queer?

Kobe had 43 points against the CHAMPION warriors last season and nobody made a big deal. You want to make a big deal about a game against millwaki :oldlol:

MJ at 38-40. Way past his prime. I know your man already gave up the throne of best in the world at 31 but don't take that out on MJ.

Yup. Right after he scored 6 points. It's a big deal because he was about 50 days away from turning 39! Even when a prime, superstar scores 50+ it's a big deal.

MJ, the oldest ever to score 40 (age 40) and 50 (age 38) points in a game. The only player ever to score 40 in a game at the age of 40. The oldest ever to win a scoring title (age 35). GOAT gonna GOAT. Deal with it.
