Trump "incited violence" at a rally in Chicago that he didn't even go to because he made a comment joking about punching a protester and bringing him out on a stretcher like 2 months earlier even though the comment didn't "incite" any violence at the time or any other time between when the comment was made and the Chicago rally he didn't even go to.
