I think his point is that this footage is counter to the narrative that we have been fed for years that Scandinavian societies are left wing utopias. Stable, prosperous, tolerant, low crime, clean and harmonious societies is how they have been portrayed as if we should aspire to "Be like Swedes".

It's absurd.
