Among all 30 teams, this is where Miami was ranked before and after acquiring Joe Johnson..

Points per game before JJ: Ranked 29th
Points per game after JJ: Ranked 2nd

Field goal % before JJ: Ranked 7th
Field goal % after JJ: Ranked 1st

3-pt field goal % before JJ: Ranked 30th
3-pt field goal % after JJ: Ranked 1st

Of course there are other factors to the Heat's rise (small sample size, playing small ball more w/o Bosh, emergence of Josh Richardson, Whiteside and Dragic playing their best ball right now), but still stunning to look at nonetheless

Josh Richardson has a lot to do with it too. Shooting about 70% from 3 his last 5 games on almost 5 attempts.

Joe Johnson is a genius. It'll be interesting to see if Bosh comes back how that'll affect the team. I believe they'll need him to take down either Toronto or Cleveland, but for the regular season they might be better off if he just sits

What do you think about Bosh coming off the bench?

Dragic-Wade-JJ-Deng-Amar'e as the starters and Rich-Winslow-McBob-Bosh-Whiteside.

Bosh definitely can't play starter minutes as soon as he's back.

that looks good. i can see them challenging the cavs, especially with their strong bench. Love and Kyrie are defensive liabilities as well.

Spo is so underrated top 5 coach for sure. Nikkas was shttin on him earlier for their offense but WTF can u do when none of ur players can shoot in this era of small ball and ur best shooter is Gerald Green.............their O has skyrocketted now and he only needed 1 good consistent 3pt shooter to see results:applause: :applause:
