Its that any behavior or culture that is undesirable - crime, welfare abuse, etc - if it happens disproportionally in predominantly black areas, liberal white cuckolds will refuse to acknowledge it. Theyre afraid of being called racists. So they wont acknowledge things that disproportionally affect black communities as bad. They just sweep it under the rug and call anyone who mentions it racist.
