Why are Cubans so racist? The men are just as bad as women when it comes to talking. They talk a lot of crap and gossipy. I grew up in Miami so I know. They can be very exclusionary toward other groups, but that goes with many other groups I guess. Puerto Rican yeah they can't even run their own country and many many are just leeches. Mexicans, I don't have tons of experience with them since I've lived in cities that don't have large Mexican populations. I can't really talk about them. Most seem like hard workers. Their neighborhoods aren't clean though, from past observations. It seems like everyone thinks they are better than everyone else.

Only meats I like are carnitas as I find asada to be dry. Guachinango is very good too. Tilapia is another one I like. To be honest...Americans make Mexican food better than Mexicans.

Cuban food such as the world renown, Cuban sandwich, destroys any torta I know of and I am a huge fan of tortas. The key is in the bread though. Their pulled pork is their best stuff.

All that goodness and finish it with a mojito and a cigar is top notch.

With all this said, the edge goes to Mexican cuisine due popularity of it but then again there are more Mexican restaurants than there are people of Cuba. People fleeing Cuba don't open restaurants.

The crazy thing is nearly 60% of Cubans are foreign born compared to only 36% of US Hispanics as a whole. So despite have a greater disadvantage in the US, they do much better than other Hispanics, namely Mexicans and Central Americans.
