Mario Chalmers and Norris Cole are afterthoughts now in the league, with LeBron they were serviceable role players.
Delly would be in the D-League right now if not for LeBron turning him into a quality backup PG

LeBron's still the best in the world, by far, and the media's hyping of curry is gonna look embarrassing for steph when he doesn't win finals mvp on the most stacked team in history. (LeBron received more finals mvp votes than curry last year, which shows just how big the gap is between the two)
LeBron dominated curry on both ends. Massacred him, made him look invisible. Luckily for curry lebron was without three valuable pieces... unrepresented circumstances to overcome, but individually he was so dominant he almost won fmvp on the losing team for the first time since Jerry West (best sg in lakers history)

Their career averages are 21/6/3 and 18/12 respectively.
Their averages this season are 20/5/3, 21 PER and 16/10, 19 PER.
There's very few teams in the league with that kind of production from their second and third options.

Agreed 100%, Curry is barely a top 5 player this season. LeBron was coasting this season, Curry has more protection from illegal screens than most QB's get from their linemen, and LeBron is STILL Better.
Without Draymond's Illegal screens, Curry doesn't average more than 22-23 points a game.

Cleveland has issues. At least under Blatt you could count on them to defend and grit out W's. Now, if their 3 ball isn't going in, they look so blah. It's shocking how much their defense has fallen off since Lue took over.
On a side note, good GOD were they fortunate to lose Love to injury last postseason. This guy is the definition of worthless. With the exception of rebounding, there's not one major aspect of the game he doesn't suck at. He's awful defensively, he can't shoot and he can neither finish. His percentages all across the floor are dreadful. If his name wasn't Love, he'd be riding the pine. I sincerely believe Cleveland is a better team without him. There's no way he's returning next season.

Doubtful, but there could be wholesale changes this summer.
Something just isn't right with that group. There's definitely some on-court chemistry issues, but I suspect some behind the scenes issues as well. I think part of the problem is that Lebron doesn't view anyone on the Cavs as a true peer. With Wade, he viewed him as a peer and an equal, someone he could relate to on and off the court. I think he holds Melo and CP3 in a similar regard.
Hell, who am I kidding, Lebron is coming back to Miami.

I agree with you, but those other teams (Warriors, Spurs, etc.) who have those kind of players are also elite defensive teams, because those players are elite on both ends of the court, thanks to those players. Love and Kyrie are terrible defensively and Ty is a terrible coach in general.

Can you explain exactly how Lebron lost them the game?
game was tied in the fourth.
LeBron comes in and plays absolutely zero defense which lead to his man either getting a wide open shot, or letting his man drive easily to the basket and kick it out for a wide open shot about 5 possessions in a row. Nets go on a 7-0 run as soon as LeBron came in the game and all the plays were directly related to him. It wasn't just defense, he was the reason the Cavs didn't score on offense either, dribbled out the clock doing nothing and then kicked it out to shooters who were cold. One possession he didn't even attempt to get an offensive rebound that was in his range, his man got it, lead a fast break which led to an and-1. If LeBron stayed on the bench Cavs would have won that game. Kyrie Irving was ice cold yet LeBron kept kicking it out to him instead of driving to the hoop where the non existant shot blockers of the Nets were.

ive watched enough cavs games this year. Cavs will have serious troubles to come out of the east. Even the first round could be very challenging for the cavs.
kyrie and love are imo not as good as their stats show. i think that the cavs are inferior (roster-wise) to the heat and raptors in the east and inferior to the gsw/spurs/okc/clippers(with griffin) in the west.
people are overrating the cavs because of love and irving.
i didnt understand why they fired blatt in the first place....and why they didnt hire thibs? if it was really lebrons decision to fire blatt and hire lue....then he has to take responsability and should not act like a little offended child and causing trouble to the cavs-sphere with unfollowing the cavs on twitter, making childess encrypted statements towards love and talking about a melo/cp3 super-team....

Damn this topic turned upside down real quick. People need to stop making hype topics before the game, it almost never ends well. One thing Lebron's fans have in common with him is that they're all just as insecure. From look how good he is, to talking about Curry not being as good out of nowhere. :lol
Curry has taken the souls of Lebron and all his fans. :pimp:
Still think Cavs will make the final though. Miami if Bosh comes healthy might be the only question mark right now. I hope to see that tie, you know Wade will be excited. Though it's difficult to see them win because Cavs were great defensively under Blatt. With Little Lue, they are slightly better offensively but far worse defensively.

I know it's just the highlights, but can you tell me how exactly LeBron was responsible for those players scoring on Love? That one time he got scored on, it was a push off. Also, are you ignoring the FACT that JR was absolutely terrible and missed a shit ton of shots as well? You could download the game and watch it, instead of making shit up.
Maybe LeBron should've just kept on chucking to give his bigs Chuckbe assists.

True, and their defense is the reason I don't trust them in the playoffs. In addition to Irving and Love being poor defenders, Lebron and Shump are not the defenders they once were and the Cavs have zero rim protection. A good coach can get a group of mediocre defenders to play good team defense, but Lue is clearly not that guy. Blatt wasn't great, but Lue has no business being an NBA head coach. Not yet, and certainly not for a team with championship hopes. The funny thing is, I bet Lebron has a new found respect and appreciation for Spo (and the Heat in general). Like the saying goes, you don't know what you've got until it's gone.

I know you were joking somewhat but watching the games, I see Lebron purposely picking his spots to try and rile these guys up.
Kevin Love is damn near veteran so he is what he is. I believe he's been trying to challenge and piss of Kyrie and Kyrie just is so young and not really listening.
I also believe this team just wants to get to the playoffs. The inconsistent wins and losses stems from that i believe.
