Clippers pregame show people just said that no other PG in the league besides Chris Paul would be able to lead this Clippers team to the record it has since Blake Griffin went down.

Not Westbrook, not Curry and not Lillard.

Do you agree with them?

CP3 is the best pure point guard in the game. Clippers are the worst ownership /franchise in sports history. they are just now getting it together.

CP3's been averaging 21/11 since BG went down....

They've had a 26-14 record since with an average team at best..... I don't really like CP3 but he deserves credit for what the Clippers are doing right now.

I don't think Curry can do what CP3's doing on the Clippers right now.... You're gonna have a hard time convincing me that Curry is gonna be able to find DJ for 5-6 easy baskets every night.

Reddick next to Curry, are you kidding me? It would be just like Klay, only Reddick is less streaky and more of a knockdown shooter when wide open. Pierce's productivity would also go up alot with the spacing Curry would give to him.

Curry embarrasses him every time they play.

Look at the roster. There's literally no one else on that team that can create any quality offense.

It's all CP3, he accounts for like 60-70% of their buckets when he on the floor. And when he's off the floor, the Clippers are HORRIBLE. They have NO bench.

That's why I laugh when people say this dude doesn't make his teams better. No, stupid, he makes these teams look significantly better than they really are. What were the Pelicans and Hornets before/after he played with them? Missing the playoffs every season.

His scoring alone would make the Clippers better. He might not have the same passing skills, but him and Reddick would be a nightmare to guard.

Seriously though. Not sure where these myths about Curry derive from. :confusedshrug: He CAN play defense (net plus on that end) and he can pass/create with the best today's league has to offer.

CP3 is legitimately an amazing player, I don't agree with what was said but I find it hard to believe Curry would do that much better. That Clippers team is complete trash without CP3, it's ridiculous that they're winning at a 53 win pace since Blake went down.

Wish the team could put it together for just one deep playoff run so people would f*ck off with the rabid hate.

Chris is fantastic...but the idea that Curry couldn't do the same or better is absolutely laughable.

They would be 64-7 with Curry

its true tho...the true definition of an MVP has literally been chris paul for his whole career....everytime he leaves the court his team is crippled literally. CP3 is the only reason the clippers arent bottom feeders in the west year after year....part of the reason is his gms always stick one dimensional players around him every team he is on which makes his job ten times harder.

We aren't stacked unless Austin bloody Rivers actually makes some shots, Pierce is too old to make shots consistently but hopefully he will make some big shots in the playoffs. Wesley Johnson is a great defender but he literally goes 50% fg one game and then 0-8 the next. We got Mbah a Moute as well, good defender but does nothing on the offensive end. It's literally all CP3, DJ and Redick without Blake. This year's bench was a disappointment as soon as we traded Stephenson and Smith. :facepalm

Seriously? We comparing Thompson to JJ?

I like JJ, but CP3 gets him shots that he would not get playing next to Curry. Yet Thompson is almost just as efficient as JJ despite taking like 7 more shots per game. PLUS the fact that Thompson actually plays defense....

I agree 100 percent. cp3 is the last of a dying breed man. nobody impacts the game WITHOUT having to give you 20ppg like he does BUT he can give you 20 ppg a night easily with a wide range of ways to do it. Pretty much the isiah Thomas of this generation.
