Think Bennett maybe out of the league for good now that the raps just cut him.

Could be one of the fastest #1 overall pick to get cut outta the league...

Not sure if Imbid counts since he never played a game.

Imbid will play a game eventually, but he probably won't last either. He will make Hasheen Thabeet look like a star. Thabeet at least lasted 5 seasons.
All former #1 busts must be sighing in relief because Bennett is now the GOAT #1 pick bust.

Maybe they could of won it if Bennett wasn't a bust and got back something worth while.

Since 1980, 27 of the 36 #1 overall picks have at least made the allstar game, if not all NBA or eventually the HOF.

Let's assume Wiggins and Towns make an allstar appearance or more in the future because let's be real: barring injuries they will. So that's 29 if the 36 picks.

The other 7?

-Pervis Ellison
11 years in the NBA. Peaked: 20/11.2/2.7 blocks. Career: 9.5/6.7/1.6 blocks. Had injury problems and won MIP.

-Joe Smith
16 years in the NBA. Peaked: 18.7/8.5/1.6. Career: 10.9/6.4/1.0.

-Michael Olowokandi
9 years in the NBA. Peaked 12.3/9.1/2.2 blocks. Career: 8.3/6.8/1.4 blocks. Had injury problems.

-Kwame Brown
12 years in the NBA. Peaked 10.9/7.4/1.5. Career: 6.6/5.5/.9

-Andrea Bargnani
10+ years in the NBA. Peaked 21.4/5.2/1.8. Career 14.3/4.6/1.2. Has had injury problems.

-Greg Oden
3 years in the NBA. Peaked 11.1/8.5/2.3 blocks. Career 8.0/6.2/1.2 blocks. Had injury problems.

-Anthony Bennett
3? years in the NBA. Peaked 5.2/3.8/.8. Career 4.2/3.1/.5

I remember seeing all the videos of him showcasing his athleticism in college. He showed none of this in the NBA.

That depends. How much more help would it have been for LeBron*?

Philly should get himMight be the only way Hinkie gets a #1 pick :lol

For real though, both Covington and Grant are better PFs than Bennett. Saric should as well.
