If 1ST pick, Ben Simmons. Ben and Russell have history. Trade Randle for high first rounder in next years draft, move him to the bench, or trade him for multiple bench pieces.


Ingram is a nice consolation prize at the second pick, and he fits better without having to move any pieces. Either is fine.

If we get the third pick, that's where things get sketchy. I'd rather not think about this scenario. Maybe 3rd pick and Randle moves the Lakers up. 32nd also available if necessary. Lou Williams and Swag can be had for free too.
