He's a definite top 5 draft pick. Who should get him?

Assuming Sixers or the Lakers pick Simmons and Ingram, does he go to the Knicks? Wolves?

Its good to know the Celtics may have this option if they cant get into the top 2. Although he's kind of a smurf, and we already have plenty of those.

Yea the Celts don't need another small SG.

Obviously they wouldn't have a chance to get him but Buddy on the Jazz would be dope.

He's the best pure basketball player in the Draft. Ingram is a close second. I'd take Ingram because he's 4 years younger, but Hield is a good consolation.

The Jazz already have Hood and Burks.

Lakers at the third pick might decide between Hield and Bender.

Why? They have Russell and Clarkson; their backcourt is already set.

Three guard rotation. Best player available (to be determined), or Clarkson might not be back/traded.

Is he really that small? He's listed at 6'4. That's decent size for a SG, especially considering how good a shooter he is. It's not like he's one of those 6'1-6'2 guys who's listed as a PG but really an undersized SG. He's a true SG.

Will Hield be another Jimmer?
What about the Pelicans or Kings?

Despite Russell and Clarkson claiming they don't have trust issues, its evident that there isn't much chemistry between them on the court. Russell would be most effective with a shooting specialist instead of the Monta Ellis type of player that Clarkson is.

Hield is black and a great athlete. FOH. You can't compare great black shooters to great white shooters. Yeah, the guy turns it over a lot, but he's a better shooter than jimmer and has black-man genetics. He'll be a relevant player in the NBA for a long time.

Minny will get him.

Rubio
Wiggins
Lavine

Hield as a 6th man

That is a great wing set.

Rubio

Dieng

that's an impressive lineup. Good defensive frontcourt with at least one person who is a reliable shooter (Hield)
