I believe Melo sat out a few games due to injuries

Cavs really are better without Kyrie (yeah, I know it's knicks but they have been better while he was injured too). Even love plays much better without him.

He is just too selfish. You would never see him run the offense the way Lebron is running it right now (he obviously doesn't have the ability, but he also never tries). Trade him for some pass first, defensive PG and maybe another piece.

Lebron should get an easy 30 point triple double here if he plays all 4 quarters.

Watching the Cavs its so obvious why Kyrie and Love have never been to the playoffs. :facepalm

I think Kyrie can become a superstar though. Just give him a few more years.

I firmly believe without Irving on the floor, the Cavs are a better team. The ball moves more, they get better stops, way too many times Irving disrupts the flow of offense and just pounds the ball, goes into the teeth of the defense to throw up a prayer off the glass.

So what do you do when he returns? Cry?

My honest opinion on it is the Cavs will do worse in the playoffs this post-season if Irving is fully healthy versus last year.

Maybe. We'll see if he stays healthy deep in the playoffs.

By-the-way. Love got two open threes and missed both. Delly takes a 30 footer, swish. Then steps into one, swish.

Love is not a good three point shooter. He can make them but not consistently.

Which is the Cavs biggest problem offensively. Golden State doesnt miss open 3s. Cleveland does.

Delly has a weird release but that was pretty awesome to see him shoot with confidence.

Honestly Love and Irving both need to go. I think Irving can become a superstar though. Love cant defend anyone and will never be able too.

The Cavs biggest offensive problem is feeding Irving the ball and letting it happen.

We need his scoring abilities in the playoffs. He's a more trustworthy 2nd option than Kevin Love.

He'll end up 1 rebound short of the triple dub lol.

Dr. J and Dominique are the only perimeter players I can think of who were still throwing down sick dunks on a nightly basis even in their 30's. Very impressive stuff from LeBron.

He'll absolutely play in the 4th qtr, even if it's a blowout. LeBron never lets triple doubles go.

I don't know how much shit he's talking, but after Williams got the plasma stuff done to his knee and he sat almost a month he said today this is the best his knee felt in almost 2 years.

He has the most games in the last ten years where he's come up 1 rebound or 1 assist short of a triple double. It's like 30-40 games I think.

Indian guy
03-26-2016, 09:28 PM
Yes he does. All the time actually.

Lets 'em go or just misses them? Because he might play his regular minutes in a competitive game and fall a rebound or assist short, because his focus is simply on winning the game. But if the game's not really competitive and LeBron's close to getting a triple-D, he'll absolutely check back in and consciously go for whatever he needs. And that's fine.

He doesnt have a place in the rotation so it doesnt matter

Actually, it does matter. If Delly or Irving or Shumpert, or J.R. go down he's getting minutes.

He actually let go the most triple doubles in NBA history, more specifically he has at least since 1984-85 (as far back as bballreference goes) the most missed triple doubles by 1-2 rebs and/or assists, i had a thread about that data a year ago i think... even more missed than for example Jason Kidd who has MUCH more triple doubles in his resume... and by now that stat has only growed for Lebron as you can imagine, with that being said either others statpadded more (like Jason Kidd) or he unfortunately simply rarely statpads....
