So ****ing what? Why cant the 3rd greatest player of all time LeRecruit people to come play for his team?

Oh wait because players know their stats will decrease thus leading to a lesser contract when LeGM ships em out because of post season losing

Why couldnt Chris Bosh, Paul George, Pete Maravich, Damian Lillard, Klay Thompson, or Paul Milsap lead their team to the tournament?

Because they had shitty teams

:biggums: Bron got Bosh a 118 million dollar contract.

To answer the thread topic, Lebron has had BY FAR the worst supporting casts of any top 10 player. :(

Finished 66-16 twice and 61-21 once. Another like 4-5 50+ win seasons. The 2012 season Miami went 46-20 thats on pace for another high 50 win season...

What's more important, 66+ wins or a FMVP?

Impressive he couldn't do it with an entire career in the Leastern Conference. That takes dedication.

Magic played on a stacked team in a conference just as bad and never won 66 games

I like ish, and even the trolls. But this is the kind of thread that should be deleted, because it's such low quality. Kind of childish. If Lebron had been in a team that won 67 games, then the thread would be, "How come LeBron has never won more than 67 games?" 68 games, then "How come LeBron has never won more than 68 games?" Except that for the 68 games thread would have been created after the Warriors won their 68 this year, and not include that Curry has done it twice.

Lebron's career wasn't cut short by AIDS.

The Warriors would still win 50-55 games without Curry.

We see what record Lebron's teams have without him.

The 3 seasons before Magic retired, the Lakers won 58, 63, and 57. Lets not act like Magic was diagnosed during his peak.

They knew all of that in 2009?

Let me explain how good Lebron's cast was in 2009 - his supporting cast added enough help on top of his 28/8/7 to win 66 games... Compare that to the 1989 Bulls, who only added enough help on top of Jordan's 33/8/8 to win 47 games.

The only possible reasons for the Cavs winning 19 more games despite Lebron's inferior production is that Lebron's supporting cast was better and/or they played inferior competition.

If you think all 19 wins is due to inferior competition (and not better supporting cast), then that boosts Jordan's already-superior regular season and playoff stats, since they came against better competition.

Of course, the other alternative is that Lebron's supporting cast was better, in addition to the aforementioned weaker comp.. This is the most logical explanation.. Lebron's supporting cast included an all-star and a slew of higher-producing veterans, which was a stark contrast from MJ's young, lower-producing cast.. Therefore, the gap in RS records was due to a combination of BOTH competition level and supporting cast.
