Long debate in Milwaukee if Giannis was a viable talent to run the team , and after MCW went down , Giannis has been doing most of it.
It's a different look for a team , instead of a PG, BUT when Giannis is taking breaks on the bench , a PG will be filling his shoes as a floor leader.
----------------
Kidd has always preached that his coached team does NOT have positional players , but a team of FIVE playing.
I understand the concept , but if you have five 7' players your going to get burned by quicker players. Reverse that having five 6'3" players will get burned by a Frontline player that is 6'10" and 260.
What this creates for the Bucks is a transition team , run by a slower play maker than a 6' PG.
Fast breaks IMO will be fewer , but transition plays will increase. This also means a PG type player coming up the floor that sees the floor , could pop from the top of the key if the defense sages.
This would work for Giannis , but his jumper is not able to hit those Durant shots.
1) Bucks are in desperate need of 3 point shooting.
2) they need to package MCW and a center to get some serious shooting.
Its a work in progress, and unfortunately if this does not work out 1/3 into the 2016/17 season , they will need to change , because they will miss the playoffs again.
That would be a good time to fire Kidd.

They've got a lot of interesting pieces
All they need is small adjustments/trades and they are right on track with young teams like Detroit

Milwaukee could use a guy like Darren Collison
He's solid at everything while not being too pricey

Throw the house at Whiteside

Plumlee has worked out good , as a role player.
In this day and age a 5 role player seems to work better , but Whiteside without a doubt would make the Bucks a legit eastern conf. threat.
Monroe, MCW and a couple other players and a 1st rounder to Miami for a sign and trade is what I would lov to see. :D

Giannis will be one of the best 3 players in the NBA in 3 years.
Jabari will be scoring 20ppg in 3 years.
Khash will be an ideal 3rd option.
Bucks need to get rid of MCW and Monroe and find some pieces that will be able to support this core moving forward. Henson is a decent backup C and his long arms and shot blocking fits in well with the core. The rest of the squad... lock them in a room and light a match.

Giannis and Whiteside on the same team would be freaky
What position would you want for the needed shooters?

He is a spot up shooter , so they need a PG that can bury the three as well as defend.
They have a backup in Bayless that is better than most at the backup PG spot.
hanson could be moved as well , but his value is high , and would hate to see a Buck for life dude, leave the team.

Unfortunately, a guy like Monroe would need 4 shooters around him to make his offense worth it. Packaging him with MCW may not be the best idea unless there's a third team involved.
