Like seriously, a wide open Joe Johnson corner 3, is a better shot than a full speed layup over 3 defenders. Not to mention making that shot would've won the game, and making the layup would've just forced another overtime, which I didn't even want, so I can't imagine the players did.

Green didn't even see the court. Lately I've been thinking Spo deserves COY votes, but I don't understand why he gave so many minutes to J-Rich when the kid was obviously in his own head. This is exactly the kind of the night when a guy like Green might come in and get hot when all the other shooters were cold. At least give him a run.

Between that decision, and having Dragic screen for Wade at the end of regulation, Spo shares in the responsibility for this loss. Deng is the only player who was completely blameless. I already pointed out Wade's mistakes, but if Whiteside could have made just one more FT....
