I think abortion should be legal, but if individual doctors or clinics don't want to perform abortions due to their personal ideological beliefs, they shouldn't be forced to by law, and patients seeking abortions should have zero ability to sue a doctor for refusing to perform an abortion on them.

If you do in fact believe a fetus is a human and the act of killing that human is murder, then the "mother" in this case is the equivalent of the person who hires a hit man to kill another person.
