Dude could turn this team into a nightmare for years to come.

They got talent out the ass.

Hard to say. Theyre the worst franchise in sports for a reason. Never had a .500 record without prime KG. Great as Thibs is wouldnt bet on it

They're just so damn talented, though.

Wiggins is looking better. Towns is a stud. Lavine looking great. Dieng is solid. Shabazz and Jones off the bench are good. Rubio is a very good passer and defender.

What has Thibs done outside of getting to the ECF in 2011 to receive so much praise?

Fact is he's not getting consideration by MANY teams... there must be a reason.

:biggums:

Get real.

Dude was the mastermind behind the Celtics success and maxed out Chicago with an injury prone Rose.

The coach they have now is pretty good. They just need a few more years of experience.

He runs his teams in to the ground and his irresponsible rotations are the reason Derek Rose is an injury prone glass man these days.

He's also the mastermind behind the Rockets' many first round exits.

Can we not credit the Celtics defense to KG? One of the best defenders the game has ever seen?

Any what has he done with Chicago outside of having Derrick Rose? Nothing...

Sure, his coaching style is great for getting your team into the playoffs. But not so much after that.

Are we forgetting the loss the the Sixers in 2012 once Rose went down?

Loss against the Wizards in 2014?

Almost getting eliminated by the Bucks?

Dude is not head coach material IMO. Great defensive strategist... would be better as an assistant coach behind a coach that actually knows his rotations other than just play your best players 40 minutes a night and grind through the season.

Wolves need a young head coach like the Sixers or Hornets or Celtics

Then KG needs to call Thibs and convince him to come to Minnesota and become the highest paid assistant in the NBA

With a proper head coach and Thibs fine tuning the youngsters defensive strategies the Wolves could easily be a 6-7 seed next season esp with another high draft pick and tons of cap room

Nah they are what they are, the Warriors just not good anymore. 4th best team in the West right now, 6th best in NBA at most.

They should hire David Blatt and then move Sam Mitchell to the assistant coach. Anti-Cavs team.

Blatt is another guy that I think could lead the Wolves to the playoffs.
