This REGULAR SEASON record isn't worth it.
I'd start resting all my players immediately.

Feel like they literally ran a train on everyone in the league minus Boston and Milwaukee.

So I guess he and the starters will sit out the last 4 games? Is that what he is saying?
Oh right he's not saying that. He's making excuses for their eventual failure to get to 73 wins.

Raptors. Most of the Clippers games were close. Heat games were single digit margins of victory. Timberwolves, 2-1 but with two close games. Is there a way to sort by margin of victory/defeat? Could probably find more.

Think about what? They've made it their mission all season long, talking about how they're the best of all time. Even Curry still wants to get to 73, despite Gaymond making excuses.

At least Curry has the balls to come out and say it.

Yeah, its weird to me. I thought Steph and others said earlier in the year that they wanted to break the record? Is Green speaking for himself or for the entire team? He did have 6 turnovers last night.

Dubs have said all year that the record isn't a goal, but if it's in range, they wanted to go for it. Well, getting the record is no longer probable, so it's time to focus on the playoffs.

Maybe he's trying to plant the seed so that in case the Warriors do come up short of 72, 73 wins, he can say "well, we got bored".
Or am I giving Draymond too much credit for have that kind of foresight?
Looks more like they are mentally fatigued. Sounds like clearly an excuse.

And even though they are the reigning champs, it's not as if they have a ton of experience where "they have been through this before time and time again" and know how to handle it.

Would be epic if they face Dallas. Dallas Mavs took the 2014 Spurs to brink of elimination.

The owner just said they are light years ahead of the league.
An exec said they could've won 78 if they didn't have the injuries.
Curry has explicitly said he wants to break the record.
The only one rewriting history is Draymond.

They can't be exempt because of injuries. Durability is part of being a great player as well.

That wasn't boredom. That was exhaustion.
If SA would try to win these last two games I'm confident they would. These guys need a rest and the playoffs start shortly. Its what everyone was saying would happen two months ago. They should probably cake walk the first round and get some time off before the real playoffs start but this is not a good development for them.
Also, Dray has made excuses for every single loss. I don't mind talking smack. I do mind not giving the other team credit for coming back from down 20+ points on the road while getting killed by the zebras the last few minutes. I mean the 25 win TWolves completely dominated the end of that game.

I wouldn't say its exhaustion either. Every team plays 82 games. No excuses.

Dray and Mo Speights make the Warriors brilliance tough to watch sometimes with their excessive celebrating.
Draymond didnt seem bored last night after he got an AND 1, flexing his muscles after converting an easy one to go up by like 14.
Mo didn't look bored by standing up and running underneath the hoop celebrating the three pointer made

So you don't dispute that LeBron commits a copious amount of unwhistled offensive fouls. Fair enough.
