Hope the man gets to live out his life in good health. One of a kind and brought a new meaning on loyalty to the NBA.
Get well and stay healthy!

Half agree. Deron forced him into an early retirement, but I think he'd be done by now had he not resigned when he did

mum has parkinson's and is 83.... She's had it for about 12+ years.
Father in law has Lewy and that is absolutely worse.
In 1 year he landed in a wheelchair , after falling down numerous times , as well as breaking his neck.
Typical life span is 3-7 years.

Sloan was a very fundamental coach. Working within a system got Utah to where they were at one time an elite team.
His same prowls as coach were radiated from his gut-drive bball player. VERY hard nose player.
Something like 1 out of 12 get Parkinson's
1 out of 5 have mental illness (schizophrenia )

Actually having two of the great players ever made them elite.

I still think he can beat the shit out of about 95% of players today. Dude is tough as they come.
The man never made excuses, just puts his head down and grinds. A true man's man. Very unfortunate.
