Watching Miami sweeping Chicago this regular season made me wonder what's the main difference between these two teams.
Miami Fans and some wannabee analysts wanted Eric Spoelstra fired from way way back. Riley said no and stood by his coach and chose to work hard in acquiring players who can help his team succeed. He finds Whiteside, Richardson etc
Paxson on the other hand made a very loud statement by firing Thibs and retaining practically every player from last year.
Now the Bulls have been eliminated, putting their sole trust on a coach who was successful with ONE college team.
yeah Brad Stevens is great but for every one great college coach, there are guys who failed miserably including Tarkanian, Kruger, Hamilton, MOntomery Floyd etc etc.

Reinsdorf just hired Horace Grant as consultant, pretty much like when Collangelo stepped in at Philly then Sam steps down.
Paxson should get a clue.

Paxson won't go, Reinsdorf just recently praised him or something. Forman would probably be let go after this disappointing season, but like dudes on the Bulls reddit been saying, Paxson would just hire another yes man, but without the experience

What.
A.
Time. :facepalm :facepalm :facepalm
