I'm not familiar with that movie but it also might have been Echo and the Bunnymen who did a cover that was pretty popular in the 80s. It was on the Lost Boys soundtrack.

Which always brings out the best in an artist because you can really feel their emotion.

Clapton's Tears in Heaven is another example.

With all the corny movie spinoffs, you figure that they would have at least tried a Frog Brothers. The Coreys should have done this when their careers started to nose dive.

Damn, I would have been called a racist if I made a thread asking for favorite songs from The Temptations, The Commodores, Isley Brothers, Kool & the Gang, Cameo and Ohio Players.

The Doors are my favorite from these bands. Kiss sucks ass. Led Zepplin and U2 are overrated. Guns & Roses are underrated. Aerosmith is usually rated accordingly. Queen is the best band of the bunch

Yeah, because you put emphasis on them being black artists. Nobody cares if these bands are black, white, yellow, purple or blue.

Lol, the fact you're pointing this out is more racist than any thread anyone would have accused you of. I thought you've moved past that. Plus you DO always make threads like that and nobody ever says anything.

I had no racist connotations nor did I purposely omit and artist of color. I took it from a list of top rock bands of all time and left out the Beatles and the Stones to see people's diversity in music. Nothing more, nothing less

Why isn't U2 getting more love for their older stuff when they were more spirited and raW? They were better back when The Edge had hair.
