Noel is being sued, TMZ reports, for alleged damage to a home including, among other things, plumbing damage done by fecal matter and Gatorade stains apparently everywhere. Oh, and after receiving a list of charges for the damage, the landlord is alleging Noel left a tombstone in the home with "RIP" on it.

You cannot, under any circumstances, make this stuff up. More from TMZ:

In their lawsuit, the owners of the home list all of the crazy damage they found including after Noel moved out in August 2015:
-- "Splashed neon colored sports drinks (such as Gatorade) on the carpets throughout the home."
-- $30,000 in other damage to carpets-- Extreme water damage throughout the home
-- Clogged toilets filled with cotton balls and feces
(In fact, the owners say the plumber who fixed the toilet told them the damage was so bad he told them, "Someone must not like you.")
-- Broken elevator (it's a baller house)
-- $4,000 in damage to the stove
-- damage to the fridge
-- damage to the blinds
-- damage to dishwasher
-- torn window screens

Property management companies aka Slumlords are some of the sleaziest businesses out there. I wouldn't be surprised if they were trying to milk the most out of their super wealthy former client by inflating the damages done to the property.

i don't think we can call the owners a slum lord in this story. slum lords buy buildings in poor conditions fix them to the bare minimums and then rent to HUD applicants so they know they're getting their $1000 check every month. i doubt noel was living in the ghetto.

Do you understand the 'slum' part of slumlord?

Slumlords don't own $4.5k per month houses with built in elevator in Philly.

They're all the same, man. Corporate conglomerates running properties are even worse than your typical scumbag slumlord. Just think of Donald Sterling.

Evidently the Sixers are paying him minimum wage, and he can't afford to buy his own house.

Why would you buy a house on your rookie deal when you could be moved at anytime.

Right now...especially right now...houses are a great investment. What are the chances he recoups any of that rent money?

But then again...maybe he can't afford a home on his 3.5 mil a year.

Well, given that Sprewell couldn't afford to feed his family on 14 mil (and wound up bankrupt), maybe Noel can't afford toilet paper on 3.5 mil.

Can't be slowed by cotton balls. If they are blocking food, he will eat those too.

As someone who has worked as a Property Manager for years, I can't say I'm surprised a young single hood kid (NBA Star) or not would not understand the responsiblies of maintaining a home and living off campus.

I actually did work on a NBA journeymen's rental. I'll keep his name annouymous but he wasn't too Rowdy cause he had a live in wife/GF and was in his early 30's. He had atleast 30 pairs of kicks in his living room including a sick pair of blue/orange Ewings.

One thing to remember is unless you are a Coveted Star you can be traded at anytime , it wouldn't make sense to buy unless you play for your hometown team.
