It realize it's just facial hair, but for me, it's representative of Harden's lack of mental toughness. Nobody is going to take Harden seriously until he starts taking himself seriously. And walking around with a big-ass, goofy looking beard, which I assume is for marketing reasons, shows me that Harden isn't 100% focused on basketball.
