They should hire Tom Thibodeau. Harrison Barnes would be a good fit if the dubs sign Durant. Their draft pick(assuming it's the 5th overall pick) should be Buddy Hield.

Thibs is the man for this team. If I was him though, I'd wait another year or two just to get them progressing, so then you can swoop in at the right time and look like a miracle worker.

Harrison Barnes (if he becomes available due to the dubs getting Durant) is a strong candidate to sign there. He is from Ames, Iowa which is only a 3 hour drive to Minneapolis. He would be close to home. He is only 23 years old so he can fit in with their young core.
