retire 2 rings with multiple finals like wilt did.

retire with never been seen athleticism like wild did

lose in the finals and blame on others like no one has ever done like wilt did

2/8? 2/9? 2/12? who knows but he is definitely modern day Wilt

Yeah sure but what if he goes 2/8 ? I like you mate so let me know what you think if such thing were to happen (more than likely)

LeBron is playing great basketball in the last 2 months. He just needs Love and Irving to be healthy, and perform well in the playoffs.

sorry mate but being a Lebron fan since before his high school days I know he is an emotional mess. he loves to play the blame game especially when times are tough and its too damn easy to play the blame game when you got 2 sh1t defenders in Irving and Love. Neither of these idiots want to take early fouls and sit out so they rather cruise on defense and Lebron is going to cuss them out and the two boys here don't respond well to being challenged. Its going to be a good old fashioned stare down and hate rather than cooperate which is why I can see even from before Bron joined Cleveland that its never going to work without an equal opportunity leader like Riley/Wade. Bron only knows one way of communication and that is "worship me and take the blame". Thats one of the main reasons i stopped following this guy.

Lebron is averaing 29/9/9 this month. And he recently won back to back NBA Player of the Week Award. Soon to be his 3rd straight player of the week award.

Expect him to play 39-41 mpg in the playoffs.

3rd final MVP with a stacked team doesn't count as anything

Curry still has zero Finals MVP, and he was defeated by his role player in the Finals MVP Voting.

Barring injuries, I do not see how this Cavs team can beat Golden State or San Antonio.

Even then Curry's achievement in the finals is still greater than any of Lebron's Final MVPs with stacked teams :oldlol:

If he wins this year against the 73 wins warriors, he jumps from #3 all time to GOAT

Hakeem took the cowardly way out, and led his lambs to slaughter in the first round.

So on ISH he is considered "2/3."

Come on, you can come up with an easier scenario for lebron to jump from #3 to GOAT. Why does he need to win them?

You know that is a great compliment right? Wilt was only the greatest & most dominant talent to ever lace em up.... and yes, just like Lebron, if he had anywhere close to the supporting cast of Bill Russell........................

Hakeem>>Wilt

lol, Wilt didnt have to wait for the best player in the world to have a vacation in order to obtain a chip.... WILT was that best player in the world and others *cough* Russell *cough* could win it only by way of having the most stacked supporting cast in sports history carrying him.... thats the only way you can win it as a lesser individual talent, either wait while he is on vacation or try to stack up your supporting cast to GOAT level to have a shot.... kindof what is going on right now aswell with the best talent in the world Lebron and a GOAT level stacked team Warriors holding him back carrying Curry to a chip (even with him having 0 fmvp votes)...

So yes, Wilt & Lebron are similar that way, GOAT level talents fighting against all odds with their scrubs.... but then again, there must be parity, how can you as a lesser talent win over them if you dont have the most stacked supporting cast.... you just pray a talent like Wilt & Lebron dont also have a uber supporting cast, because then its not fair in any way, then its impossible for anybody else to win a chip.... see Jordan with his Bulls in the 90s for a perfect example...

So you're saying in at the end of the 2010 season LeBron was lesser individual talent? Hence the need to stack up the supporting cast the following year?

LeBron fighting against all odds? You make me laugh bro

Both "firey teammates" aka whiny assholes
Both put up empty stats and dont win chips
Both are overrated

Swap rosters with Curry in last year's Finals, and Lebron would have won another ring and FMVP.

And had Wilt and Russell swapped rosters in their 10 years in the league together, and there is little doubt that Chamberlain would have wound up with far more rings than just two. The '67 season and post-season was an example of that.

Only on a troll infested board such as ISH would a comparison to a player who's on most sensible people's short list of GOAT candidates be considered an insult.

Most people have Wilt top 5-6 all time.
Aside from the playoff scoring drops(which Lebron doesn't have), it's not exactly an insult.

I want nothing to do with you trolls, but this post makes sense because if the Cavs does pull this one off, of course it doesn't make GOAT status in any way, but it's definitely an achievement for the team as a whole and the players. Though I highly doubt this can happen. The roster and coaching are not comparable.

:lol Come on , comparing Wilt and Lebron is horrible.

Wilt was a dominate power house center that current centers only wish they had his hops.

Lebron is still playing at a level some dispute , but is at an elite level.
He has 6 more years on his career if he so chooses to do so.

Take away Ray and Kyrie's two separate shots...and the Jester would be "1-7."

As for "impossible"...when both teams were at full strength...the Warriors just annihilated the Cavs, going 5-1, including two wins in their regular season H2H's.

Of course, it took a suspension to the series best player, key injuries to two of the Warriors best defenders (including the well-known Lebron-stopper)...and a Kyrie make and a Love stop...to eke out a game seven win.

Well below.

Wilt's FINALS include the EDF battles against the Celtics in the decade of the 60's. You know...the FINALS in which he was putting up 22-25-7; 22-32-10; 28-30; 29-28; 30-31; 31-27; and 34-27. Games of 41, 41, 42, 46, and even 50 points...with the 46 and 50 point games coming in "must win" games. Outscoring, outrebounding, and outshooting Russell in every one, and in most, by HUGE margins.

And Wilt was FAR more dominant in his '67 and '72 Finals...when he averaged 19 and 18 ppg respectively...than LePUKE was in '07, '11, '14, and '15 (when he put up a completely worthless 36 ppg.)

BTW, Chamberlain is the all-time RPG leader in the Finals. And he was outrebounding HOFers in every one, some by margins of 13 rpg.
