Thunder have a point guard that can guard both Curry and Draymond. They have a power forward(Durant) that can guard both Curry and Draymond. If they had a better coach I think they could give the Warriors some real problems by guarding their pick and roll.

Someone like Blatt would be good for this team

When they played them this year they did put Durant on green and Russ on curry. Maybe what they would need to do is tell serge to sag off of Barnes more to help out and they will have to live with Barnes shooting open shots.

Meanwhile, Klay, Barnes, and Iggy tear up the Thunder as all of their defensive effort goes to stopping Dray and Curry.

The Clippers match them up better. The Thunder will be routed faster. The Thunder don't defend. The Clippers have a strong bench and defend sometimes. If Blake was 100% that could help a ton.

You don't guard Stephen Curry. You simply hope to stay in front of him and hope he misses threes.

Or pray the refs call the Warriors for all the illegal screens they set

They'll start calling them as soon as bran is called for all his traveling and stiff arm offensive fouls every game.

Westbrook can't guard Curry. He has the physical tools, but he lacks discipline. Too many lapses and that when Curry goes off. Not to mention he turns the ball over too much.

I mean it's not a mismatch. Not that he is some curry stopper

boston guarded steph better than any other team this season; bradley/johnson

hard press him at the half court with a mobile big showing. rotate, rotate, rotate. that can easily be westbrook/ibaka.

the question is, which team tires out first after a 7 game series.

It's definitely not a mismatch. Curry can't guard Westbrook either. But I saw Westbrook vs Curry. The Thunder jumped out on the Warriors, Westbrook got two early fouls on Curry, they move Curry to the 2 guard (hide him on defense ) and that's all she wrote.

If Dion Waiters had any kind of a post game, the Warriors would be in trouble. Cuz then they wouldn't be able to hide Curry on defense.

In fact, there isn't a team in the league that can match up with the Dubs for that reason. Or I can't think of of. The only team that's close is the Clippers, but once again, they're not disciplined.
