They should have fired their coach last season. Especially if you're going to make him run a different offensive system anyways.

Pierce chose to leave. If they were that reliant on him they were doomed anyway, the man is nearly retired.

Wiz coach sucks and just immediately changed their gameplan or system. Injuries from the start.

We didn't have a choice.
He definitely added some balls to this squad. This season we did not have an above average shot creator outside of Wall....and Wall isn't an above average jumpshooter so that's a bad recipe for success.
